Shipping policy

Processing Time
Most orders are handmade to order and ship within 3-5 business days. During peak season (tournaments, holidays) processing may take a bit longer — we'll always do our best to get your gear to you before game day.

Domestic (US) Shipping
Shipping costs within the US are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Orders of $75 or more ship free within the US. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-7 business days after processing.

International Shipping
We ship internationally — including to water polo families across Europe, Australia, and beyond. International rates are calculated in real time at checkout via USPS or DHL Express based on your destination. Delivery times vary by country; customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Mains Event is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, please file a claim with the carrier directly and reach out to us at getposhy@themainsevent.com — we're happy to help however we can.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help if you catch it before the order ships.
